Common questions

Deleting your account: in the app, go to You → Account & Sign-In → Delete Account. Your profile, shared trips, photos and comments are removed from Explorer straight away. Trips on your iPhone stay.
Forgot your password: on the Log In screen, tap “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a code.
Premium: manage or cancel it in the iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Your map and location history never leave your iPhone, so they can't be restored by us. Use Import & Export in the app to keep a copy.
